I've always had good & prompt service from The Garden Fragrance Company. Recently they sent me a duplicate item due to a problem with my address but rather than ask me to return it they suggested l donate it to someone. Also l was struggling to locate a jigsaw that was always out of stock everywhere l tried. I queried it with Graham who suggested l put in an order anyway & they would send it once it came back into stock. It arrived on my doorstep within a week. So thanks to Graham & his staff.
