Visited the pub few weeks ago. From the moment we arrived, the bar staff Abby was welcoming. Abby was very friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the local ales on tap, and offered some excellent recommendations. The bar staff Abby was efficient, even as the pub got busier. Drinks were served promptly. The food service was also very good. The food was delivered hot, and the staff checked to make sure that everything was to our liking. Had a fantastic pub experience. The combination of friendly staff, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine pub experience. I will be sure to visit again.
