The team at Hamilton were excellent. I wanted a pen which was not in stock and the response could not have been better. The pen was ordered and delivered in time for Christmas. Nigel is a real enthusiast, has a wealth of experience and is only too willing to share it. It really is a treat to talk to someone who really cares about looking after their customers. It won't be the last purchase from The Hamilton Pen Company.
