Fabulous service. Had a query re converting fountain pen from cartridge to ink. Rang and Emailed one company explaining problem and they didn’t reply. Rang Hamilton, they answered the phone, we did a FaceTime to ascertain what my pen was and what i needed and i waS sorted, with product within 24 hrs. Fantastic service 👌
