I can't fault the speed and efficiency of the whole team who must be behind the despatch, processing of everything. I signed up to receive the newsletter, because you get a monthly discount, usually at the beginning of the month. I had wanted some Pilot Iroshhizuku Inks, which are very expensive and being a bit of a hoarder, once I start buying I tend to buy the whole range. Out of stock for some time everywhere, but now back in stock, I eagerly used this month's discount to buy two more bottles. Who doesn't like a little something off! I will continue to use this company on the grounds they probably pay tax in the UK, unlike another very big company online. And I think we should all try to buy from British companies who make items or pay tax in the UK. Well done for being such a great online stationery supplier.
