Service was very very prompt. Next day delivery. Packaged well, even a disinfectant wipe. Thank you. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my pen but this was my fault. I cannot find the exact refill and was quite excited to find your company after a long search. Possibly I have had my pen for a long time which was a present. I just took a chance as it looked very similar.
