To whom it may concern. I hardly ever award any more than normal/average as regards service. The Hamilton Pen Company's exemplary service has provided the impetus for me to do so. The item arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and was well packed. There was a minor glitch as regards quantity. This was due to inconsistencies in the indicated stock levels on the web site. The problem was resolved beyond my expectation. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future and also have no reservations in recommending them to any prospective purchaser.
