Superb service absolutely second to none. I ordered a Pilot Custom 74 Fountain Pen. The pen is beautiful however it was too broad for my writing style. I contacted Nigel at The Hamilton Pen Company and they exchanged the nib for the next size down. The service was first class. The whole process took 2 days from me posting the pen and The Hamilton Pen Company returning the pen back to me. Thank you, I will definitely purchase from you again
