The person I telephoned for information on my purchase did not know about the product and shouted accross the shop to some one else. Did not sound very interested and I felth that I was being a nuissance although i spent ov er £50 on stationery. One of the items on the Order was Lallo A4 paper but 3 Candles was sent in error.
Due to the attitutde of the person i spoke to I really couldnt be bothered to conctact them again but 3 candles is nothing like as good for ink pen as Lallo in my opinion.
