Excellent service, when I ordered a Cross Bailey Light fountain pen recently to be despatched to a friend as a gift. At my request, a brief note was included for the recipient. The pen was despatched the same day and arrived in the post the following day. Crucially, all was in order with the pen and its recipient said that it wrote like a dream.
