I am rating the company 5 stars for their caring approach to their customers. Unfortunately, the product I ordered and they supplied was faulty and they replaced it immediately without question. More unfortunately the replacement was faulty, too, so it looks as though the biro refills that I purchased were in a faulty lot. I cannot fault the company but the particular product I ordered was rubbish (not their fault).
