The owner was incredibly helpful in advising me what inks I should buy. I had phoned 2 London shops and the staff had no product knowledge so I made by 3 purchases of ink from Hamilton and I am very satisfied. However, the test will be in 40 years time if the ink on the label is still legible! I recently saw an exhibition at the British Library called Elizabeth and Mary of documents and manuscripts dating from 1533. I don’t know what that ink was made from but they were legible. I feel confident that Hamilton sells quality inks from various manufacturers for various needs and price ranges. Thank you.
