Dear Hamilton Pen Company
I have given three stars because I received Red Lammy cartridges instead of orange as I had ordered and you can check this on the invoice which was emailed to me. I can see that you do not have orange in stock and will have to wait which is a little annoying since they were obivously in stock at time of purchase.
Other than that I think the service was speedy and you would have received 5 had the ordered been properly completed but it's okay. We're human.
