You only get to find out how good a company are when you have a problem. I purchased an Esterbrook Estie from Hamilton pens which I wasn't happy with (the problem was with the pen itself) Hamilton Pens accepted the pen for return without issue and sent me a replacement. There was no faff, no issue just smooth first class service.
I will undoubtedly be buying from Hamilton Pens in the future and will do so without hesitation. I'll leave you to decide if this is recommendation enough...
