I ordered a few new refills for a Montegrappa rollerball pen. They were incredibly quickly sent out the same day and arrived the very next day. Sadly I ordered the wrong size of refill but Jon of the Hamilton Pen Company was incredibly professional and helpful in recommending a replacement which he sent out immediately with a pre paid envelope for the return of the original refills. I could not have asked for a more speedy, professional and superb service. Truly fast and efficient and my refund returned immediately. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.
