I ordered an A4 whitelines pad for my daughter and found that the inside 1st page was marked from the colouring on the cover, contacted Hamilton’s and replacement sent out immediately and manufacturers were informed by the company of the problem which is going to be rectified at manufacturing stage. First class service!!
