The items I purchased arrived within 2 days and all very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect (wrong nib size sent), however I rung Hamilton Pen Co and I had the correct nib size with me the very next day with a complimentary ink refill to try (bright orange - fab!) and a SAE to send the other one back. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be purchasing from them again :)
