Great service. We were quickly informed that our product was not in stock and given a number of options as well as an apology. We opted to 'wait longer' for the product to be ordered in and we were surprised at how quickly it arrived. Even though the item was ordered in it still turned up much quicker than orders we have placed with other companies!
