I made a telephone enquiry with this company and the gentleman on the phone was more than helpful. I had been searching on the internet for months for a new nib for one of my pens with no luck. Three weeks later I’ve got the new nib. Excellent service which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you very much
