My order for 3 pens came to my house with only 2 in the packet, it was sellotaped, with The Hamilton company sealant on the opening part missing. Must have been re-sealed by Royal Mail sporting office. Hamilton sent me another pan replacement very quick. I would defiantly used them again with that good service
