I ordered two Visconti refills from The Hamilton Pen Company. Unfortunately, one of them was out of stock and had been discontinued by Visconti. It was a little disappointing that this was still showing as available on the Hamilton website. However, Hamilton were very good about it, refunding me both for the cost of the unavailable refill as well as the entire postage cost for the whole order, which was above and beyond what was expected. The refill prices were pretty competitive.
