Words cant express how I feel about this place. Fantastic doesn't seem to be enough! From the first point of contact with Jill to the treatment with Dr Johannes has been outstanding. Jill answered all my queries beforehand (& trust me I sent a lot of emails). I had an initial consultation where Dr Johannes explained what he could achieve with my smile. The second was a 15 minute appt for impressions. The third was to put my temporary teeth in place which took an hour and the fourth was to have my 8 real veneers fitted which also took an hour. Dr Johannes explained absolutely everything what he was going to do & all the way through my appt he kept asking if I was ok and do did Carli who was Dr Johannes' Dental Nurse. To say im pleased with the outcome is an understatement. They are all very caring and make sure your ok and happy. A huge thanks to Jill, Kat, Carli and of course the amazingly talented Dr Johannes who is the most humble man you could ever meet. Thanks for everything! Xx
