From the get-go, the Harley Street Team has been nothing but incredible! Although I have been wanting my teeth done for a long time, I made a spontaneous decision that I was just going to go ahead with it. I have looked at a thousand places but none of them seemed right until I called here! I emailed the standard email with the pictures of my teeth and within a few days I received an in-depth email about my possible options, cost and length of procedure (which some dentist charge for in their initial consultation). I booked an appointment straight away and was seen in the next 2 day. The reception team are so lovely (and everyone has perfect teeth haha). They make you feel comfortable from the start and everyone knows the dentist can be very taunting especially if it is one of your biggest insecurities. I met the dentist, Dr Maurice Johannes and he is so lovely! He is so gentle, he makes all your dentistry worries disappear. He explained the best options for me and made sure I understood everything. The reason I speak so highly of this team and absolutely adore them is because in three weeks, from the initial appointment, I was going to Miami to celebrate my 21st birthday! They understood how important it was to me to be able to have my teeth done for my birthday. The reception team was beyond anything I could imagine when it came to booking appointments, they even rescheduled someone else (they were happy to do so) so I could have my appointment! If that is great customer serviced, I don’t know what is! In terms of the dentistry work. FANTASTIC. I’m sure everyone compliments Dr Maurice Johannes but I admire the work of his assistant. Unfortunately can’t remember her name. But there team work was exceptional. Absolutely seamless. The quality of the temporary teeth were unbelievable, I would have been happy for those to be my final teeth. Rest assure the final ones were even more incredible than the temps. I have received nothing but compliments about how natural they are. This whole experience has changed my life! I am so much more confident, I go out, I meet new people. I haven’t stopped smiling. Honestly if you are considering getting your teeth done. DO NOT hesitate in getting it done here. You will not be disappointed!
