Really impressed with Darren and his approach to dealing with my panic attacks. I also learnt relaxation and confidence techniques that have also benefit me. Despite some initial skepticism, Darren’s approach and explanations put me at ease with the techniques used. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
