Recently put in a claim for over £300 and got £160 something back. Pay nearly £80 a month now, so in my opinion, not good value. 25% is deducted off everything automatically to start with and then they make other deductions anywhere they possibly can. No point in arguing as they say it's all in the 'small print'. The only thing that keeps me with them is because my dog has a life long condition and because he's now 10, I wouldn't get cover through another insurer. Wouldn't use them again and do not recommend.
