Ordered on line a change of ownership and also thought i would order Enchanced Five Generation Pedigree Cert. Total of £40, which they took straight out of my account!! I am yet to receive any Cert and don't know if my dog has been changed. They don't answer the phones and no email response, very disappointing, i understand that people are working from home, they give you 28 days wait, this has been over 3 months and nothing! I do not recommend the Kennel Club.
