SCAM INDEED! Wish I had looked into more reviews before I got taken !!! Many reviews here are identical to my experience! Placed order in early April for inflatable mattress. Tracking indicated delivered. When I emailed…”Zoe” said my mailing address was in question. After I verified it she said a new order was being sent…but provided exact same tracking number that already showed order as delivered. Over a dozen emails with no response. In the meantime I get strange emails and texts claiming to be either UPS or USPS stating they have a package for me without a complete mailing address…along with a link! (Ha! Like I’m following up on that!) I have been in touch with my bank but need to contact them again to see how the process is going. I went on BBB cite and there was a complaint that I could have written…except the poster had security cameras to prove no delivery. I hope this helps to prevent at least one more fraud transaction!!!
