Absolutely loved the Downton Abbey film today but it was absolutely freezing in the cinema. Not much point in having reclining chairs etc when it was a very uncomfortable, expensive, unrelaxing experience for everyone. I'd suggest you either turn the air conditioning down or provide customers with throws/wraps and hats.
