Previously I worked in a shop on Chicago's North Shore, so I am very familiar with products and the type of service required in this industry. I recently ordered two Powderhound dinner plates from The Little House Shop. They were intended to be Christmas gifts. I ordered early in case there might be a delay in delivery. I was absolutely delighted to receive them a week after I placed my order. They were in perfect shape and packed so well they could have survived any kind of trauma in transit.
