Their ads are misleading. Advert had all wrong information, who is living there and such. Moved into dirty and damaged room. Broken furniture and stained mattress. Shower broke, took 5 weeks to fix. Light broke, took about a month to fix. Power went off on 27th December, they left us without electricity, heating and hot water until the 4th January. They offered very little help, ignoring our emails for help. They have discontinued our cleaner and our Netflix. Now the WiFi is saying there is an outstanding bill and is not working. Not only the worst estate agency.... they are the worlds worst company in general
