Ordered XL shirt. Over £250.
The shirt was perhaps a medium.
Charged me £8 to return item.
When I called to inquire as to charge, the response was “Oh, those are made in Japan.Hence, the sizing maybe a-bit off.”
Perhaps they should notify customers they are using products from Japan and sizing maybe off.
Interesting business model.
Be pleasant but keep the £8….don’t care if we lose a customer.
