A bouquet delivered by The New Rose Bowl in Guernsey was wilting by the 3rd day! After complaining a refund was refused. Instead they offered to deliver a replacement bouquet. However this was made up of very different flowers which wilted by day 5!
Really unacceptable. Not the first time I have had poor flowers delivered by this florist.
