I ordered a lamp and shade also a bookcase. Lamp arrived with the wrong size shade. My fault , I was impressed how quickly and with clarity they were on it resolving the problem. Regretfully I had to cancel the bookcase because it was a 16 week wait. My experience the are a good company who is going to do very well.
