Meat arrived off as sat in a warehouse over a bank holiday weekend. Despite numerous emails, they promised to refund me, 6 weeks later and no refund. I've contacted them lots of times but they refuse to reply. Do not touch them with a barge pole. £65 down the drain. Stay away from theonlinebutcher
