Good communication and the delivery guys were very efficient.The Hamilton low end bed in chrome was very well packaged and I managed to put it together on my own in about an hour and a half. This is a very solid bed and you can tell it's a quality product.No squeaks and the juno silk mattress is very comfortable but I would say more on the firm side. There is a wooly smell to it which I'm sure will dissipate but my cat appears to love it and won't leave the mattress alone! I did have a problem with one of the finials which wouldn't stay on but after a quick email, a new one was posted out and arrived the next morning. All in all I am very impressed with the company and the product.Would recommend.
