Good communication both on the phone and by email, helpful and freindly staff that understood what we needed. Bed arrived on time and within promised timescales. Bed was packed extremely well, and arrived without damage. Bed is very sturdy, no wobbles or movement. Assembly was very easy with 2 people, less that 1hr and it was fully assembled, a hex key and small spanner is provided and is all you need, no special skills or tools required. Bed is comfortable and looks fantastic. (Hamilton low foot-end, satin black/gold). Happy to recommend the service and the bed.
