I was unhappy with my first visit from pest control.. however after my review, Johnathan (im sure that was his name apologies if not) rang me and was really helpful and friendly and sent another member of the control team out to help. He was much more helpful and looked into the issue. He came back two weeks later to check. Both visits free of charge to solve the problem. So thank you to Johnathan and the man that came to solve the issue.
