Phone answered immediately; helpful and informative. Kevin arrived within 4 hours, explained what he would do, did the job, was also friendly and informative. The following morning there was not a single wasp from any of the 3 nests dealt with. I am happy to say that I cannot think of any way that the service could be improved - brilliant all round!
