Very disappointed in the service. Andrew was in the house less than 40 minutes Couldn’t get the kick board off which is where the mice were getting in so left poison under the sink and around the kitchen only Mice apparently getting in through the air brick, I would have thought for the price £162 which included a 10% discount ! a cover would be included but I was simply directed to Google in order to find and pay for one myself Follow up visit in two weeks another £90! That won’t be happening ! Andrew was very pleasant can’t fault him but I did not feel reassured and it was eye wateringly expensive for the service provided.
