I was very impressed with The Pest Control Co. as a whole; they came out on the same day that I called them, which was after needing to wait a week for the local council appointment (not ideal when you've seen a rodent in your kitchen!), as well as coming out on the same day a week later when I had need to call them again. Derek was brilliant, he was knowlegeable and very helpful, and gave me some good advice. I am, obviously, hoping not to have to use the company again, but if I did need pest control, they will be the first company that I call!
