Had seen a mouse in downstairs rooms including the kitchen - suspected our cat had brought it in .( I eventually caught it in a home made trap, prior to Alan's visit. ) and released it into the countryside) Needed to be sure there were no more! Alan arrived and reassured me there was not an infestation. Checked our property to ensure there were no holes that mice were using. Callout charge only as no treatment necessary. Very satisfied with the service.
