Excellent service at a excellent price.
There was a small crease in the box lid of our bottle of Ruby Port, probably inflicted in transit; not really worth complaining about, but as the Port was to be a present I did mention it. A new box was sent by return without fuss or quibble. My communication with The Pip Stop was answered straight away, in a friendly and very efficient manner.
