Excellent all round, I ordered some Gin and bottles of tonic and very quickly resurrected an email asking if I'd be around on Thursday for free local delivery (Northumberland). I asked if it could be left with a neighbour and they were happy to oblige. Lovely to get a personalised service from a real person rather than an automated email. Will happily deal with The Pip Stop again, and I'll gladly pop in to have a browse next time I'm in their area.
