I have used The Pip Stop 3 times so far and have found the service good.... I stop myself short of very good due to 1 mishap. Now, I know 1 mishap out of 3 doesn't sound great but with a quick phone call (they were very apologetic and sounded sincere, which you would expect but I don't have the words to explain via text how sincere they sounded), they called back within minutes and all was put right. I was assured that it was the first time this mishap had happened and I'll always give benefit of doubt once..... Anyway, I still like this company because of the selection of Red Wines (which changes) and their willingness to allow a mix and match approach (not having to buy a case or half case), I like to try 1 or 2 bottles of anything that catch's my fancy and in my opinion they have a good selection to experiment with. I would recommend them and I will use them again without a doubt.
