I was pleased with my purchase when I finally got it ! The courier that delivered it wouldn't leave it with my neighbours and never answered the phone when I phoned for redelivery. Eventually I had to phone yourselves to get authorization for it to be left with a neighbour. I would change your courier to DPD as they are super reliable
