I had never heard of The Pit Stop - in fact I have never ordered wine on line before but I was pleasantly surprised when I looked up the name of the wine I wanted and the Pit Stop was first in line. A quick call and I was connected to a real expert who was very helpful.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.
