I think the website is very easy to use. Ordering was a breeze. The only problem I had was, when choosing delivery, I chose a specific delivery date. This was ignored and was delivered on a day I was at work so my item was left with a neighbour. I don't know any of my neighbours so I never opt for the 'leave with your neighbour' option. But anyway I received my order and overall I'm happy with my purchase.
