I'm afraid I won't be using the Pip Stop again. This was my first order but it was over £100, which is a lot of money for me. There was one can out of stock, which is absolutely understandable and would not have been an issue. I received an email to say whether I wanted it to be replaced, or refunded. Either option would have been absolutely fine but I replied (in 2 mins) and asked for a replacement - but confirmed the delivery date was the important aspect, as I was only in the house that day (I work full time). I was told the courier had already left and there was now no way to meet the original delivery date. I would have expected an earlier email, allowing me to take action before it was too late, or just a decision to have been made - rather than wait until the very last minute to ask me for a decision (which, regardless was already too late to meet my delivery expectations). When the package did arrive, kindly taken in by my neighbour - one of the cans had a pinhole leak, was empty and has soaked the packaging (and my neighbours carpet). I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I made this clear to the company via email but was not offered anything other than an apology. As a new customer I'm saddened by this lack of customer focus, I certainly will not be using the company again and I would caution anyone else against doing so.
