As an ex marketing manager of a major market research company I learnt a lot from asking each of my clients of their experiences. 80% of the complaints led to improvements so there is much to be learned. Well, PIp stop gave good service let down by the couriers. I've seen this at another brewery last year and gave them my comments about not using poor delivery services. They now have ceased to exist! So Pip stop, get a better courier.
