I had a leaking combination (fortic) hot water tank replaced a month ago. The Plumbing Doctor took all the relevant details of the old tank beforehand (and I provided some photos), provided a quote and ordered a replacement. Despite requiring a bit of new pipe work, he carried out the job with a minimum of fuss. He kindly disposed of the old tank for me, offered to vacuum where he had been working (I declined this though as it gave me the chance for a real clean out of the airing cupboard), and also cleaned up outside where he had parked his van. Overall an excellent service, charged exactly the price I had been quoted and did a good job. (Not a leak in sight! )
